Annual Federal Duck Stamp Art Contest and Activities at the Patuxent National Wildlife Visitor Center in Laurel, MD. Please join artists, conservationists, and outdoor enthusiasts for the Nation’s oldest and most prestigious wildlife art competition: the Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp Art Contest! Doors open to the public at 9 am each day and judging begins at 10 am. Family-friendly activities are scheduled throughout each day.
